If incase, you Purchase the Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 Enterprise Edition, you may be able to have point 1 and 2 performed by the same software.
However, for Point 3, MS Exchange would be protected by another Symantec software - Symantec Mail Security for Exchange. However, Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 client could be installed on the Exchange server to protect other files other than MS Exchange.

1. Can I protect virus spread by autorun feature?

Yes. Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 Enterprise Edition provides you full control over application & devices
3. Can it protect Exchange server & oracle server from virus?

MS Exchange folders would not be protected by Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 Enterprise Edition. MS Exchange would be protected by another Symantec software - Symantec Mail Security for Exchange.
