I want to make PGP gateway email in my site.

we just using "Gmail service", and no AD server.

can i use gmail server with universal server?(do i need email program something like Exchange server?)

Please inform the factors required for PGP gateway email 

You cannot use gateway email with a hosted service like Gmail.  You need to be able to forward email to the universal server from somewhere, an MTA (Exchange for example)

Because you have no control of where the email is routed.  It needs to be in a managed environment where the email needs to to through the Universal Server to be processed.  You cannot do that with Gmail.

You can encrypted google email if you use the endpoint Symantec Encryption Desktop and have gmail go through Outlook, but not via a web page.
