  • 1.  Reset default admin pw for Workflow Process Manager

    Hi everyone, I'm not sure why but I can't login to Process Manager using the admin username/password I specified during setup. The only thing I can think of that might have messed something up is I changed the username from admin@logicbase.com to just Administrator during the install. But, the correct username/password appears on the portal login page saying "Enter username Administrator and password xxx as Admin user/password credentials". But when I enter them in exactly how it's displayed I get invalid username/password. So is there a way to reset this username/password so I can login? Any ideas??

    I wound up deleting the Ensemble and Ensember replication databases, running theDBTool.exe located in program files\altiris\workflow designer\ensemble and chose to create the databases. I chose to just use admin@logicbase.com this time as the username. Then I reran the Workflow install and when I got to the database part I chose Upgrade instead of create new. The install completed and I was able to login to process manager using the admin@logicbase.com username and the password I entered. Not sure if this was the easiest way to accomplish what I was after or not, but it worked and I'm pressed for time so it was good enough for me =)
