    Hi Folks,

I am using LUA 2.3.1 on windows server2003. Unfortunately i have not configured SMTP settings in it as we do not have it. We have forgot the login password for the console, or i should say the fact that the admin has left the organization withouth sharing the password.

Now we have to access it as i need to add few products to it. I googled it and found soemthing here but did not worked for me.

Can anyone of you assist me reseting the password or should i open a support case with technical team for the same?

    Thanks in advance.
