  • 1.  reset password in AD

    I've testerd the workflow doing a self-service reset password portal.

    BUT i've not find any way to let the user reset the password without forcing him to reset at first logon.

    Is there any tips to achieve it?

    Instead of the Reset Password component, use the Update User component. You can map to the new password, and set the User Must Change to False.

    You should use a full featured web based self service password reset / account unlock solution alongside this one- look at Password Reset PRO from www.sysoptools.com - this is the way to go, easy to roll out and really easy for the end user. plus it is really secure for external use. you can (seriously) deploy it in 15 minutes.
