Hello,
I am not sure if you are taking about Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) OR Symantec Endpoint Protection Client.
What version of SEPM are you running?
Incase, you are speaking about SEPM and you are using SEPM version 11.x and any older version SEP 12.1 RU1 MP1, then you may use the resetpass.bat for resetting the SEPM password.
http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO54992
Incase, you are speaking about SEPM and you are using SEPM 12.1 RU1 MP1 or any version above, then Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 RU1 MP1 has a new and safer mechanism to reset passwords. To reset the password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the Manager logon screen. The old method for removing passwords has been removed.
http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO55059
Secondly, Incase if you want to change the SEP client password, then you may have change the same from Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) itself.
Secondly, If you don't have any uninstall password...then change registry setting.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\AV\AdministratorOnly\Security\UseVPUninstallPassword
Set to 0 to disable
Hope that helps!!

For the SEP clients you can set/remove the password directly from SEPM - have a look at below instructions:
https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/how...
if the client is connecting to the SEPM, you can do it from the console.
