I tried to copy a 30GB system disk to a 120GB drive using Ghost V10, but was dismayed to fine the "resize drive" option ghosted out. It didn't seem like an unreasonable request. Both are basic drives, nothing esoteric. I called tech support and was told I needed to upgrade to V12 (It seems I have to upgrade every time I use the damned product). It didn't sound right, but I played the game, spent the $, and waited for delivery. Just like its predecessor, V12 also ghosts out the resize option.
What's the real answer here. What can cause the very option I require to be unavailable?
