Hi

I want to import my Asset inventory csv through CMDB data connector in asset management suite.

If i use to import asset inventory csv then it creates duplicate computer and user resources because it is not updating it creates new every time.

Can i use resouce association using AD.

We not getting simple asset report asset by owners department found under Home --- Service and Asset Management -- Manage configuration Item --- Service and asset management reports ---- Asset by owners department.

The ultimate aim of behind is that we can get our asset details with department and location.
