Could you be a little be more specific and provide more details?

Are you talking about a Application Logs/ System Log in the Event Viewer showing Server Reboot? Is this in Reference to Symantec?

OR

Are you talking about a Threat detected by Symantec which states to Restart the machine? If yes, that's Normal.
