Restore an entire vault in EV from BE 12.5

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Fellow admin, was purging expired (+1 year old former employees) accounts from EV manager. Inadvertently deleted an active employee.
How do we recover an entire archive?
we are using EV 7.5 and BE 12.5

Unfortunately there is not a brick level type recovery yet for BE or NBU.
