First thing would be to duplicate the backup set to disk , so that you dont have to stage the backup set again incase if the restore job fails . 

Make sure your backup exec accoutn have proper rights and permission on the exchange to perform the restore .Once you have verified this you can make the restore selction from the duplicate backup set and create the restore jobs as per the arcticle suggested by Striker.

Dear Striker 303,

I have configured the restore as per the artile given by you. The job is completed sucessfully but there is no messages restored into the UserB mailbox.

I have created a sperate data base moved the UserB and then restored still the same.

Kindly suggest any other setting need to be taken care

I hope you have deleted the mails which you are trying to restore ?

1)- Try to logon in via OWA .. and let me know if you can see restored e-mails.

2)- Check for any filters in outlook

3)- Go to outlook, check deleted items and Tools - recover deleted items..if the mails are there.
