We are using window 2003 server and SQL2005 server. I want to resotre old data on SQL server. It gives me following error. I am using simple recovery model and redirecting backup set to different SQL Server. In restore selection I have checked overwrite database file. How to resolve this problem?

Microsoft SQL 2005 database restore fails with error "Final error: 0xe000fee5 - A failure occurred restoring because the files cannot be replaced and no alternate location was specified."
