Good day,

Have a situation where I need to recover some old files from an old server that had BE 8.60 installed on it.

Still have the original media and tape library (all configured correctly now thanks to a driver update).

Trying to restore from one (or any) of the media back to an alternate drive (on the same server).

The restore job starts normally, mounts the appropriate tape and then promptly fails.

Unfortunately there is no elaboration on the failure!
