Restore Issue on Exchange 2010

When I am trying to restore email using (GRT),it giving me error

Error category    : Resource Errors
Error             : e0000f04 - The media server could not connect to the remote computer. The remote computer may not be running the Backup Exec 
Remote Agent for Windows/Linux. Make sure that the correct version of the Remote Agent is installed and running on the target computer.

 I am using BE 2010 R3 and Exchange 2010,

My Exchnage server is 3 VM and I installed agent on only on 1 VM having mailbox,

 

Please advise do i need to install agent on the CAS role ?,

Hi Ajish,

Yes you need to have backup exec remote agent installed on CAS and on all mailbox server.
