Restore is listing all directories, including ones without a backup

This issue has been solved. See solution.
We just installed Backup Exec 12.5, which I am new to. I just have a question concerning when you go to do a restore. When we do this, it is listing every directory. What we would like it to list is just the directories that had something backed up. Is there a way to filter this view so that we only see the directories that something backed up in?
Any help would be appreciated.

Switch the restore selection window from "View by Resource" to "View by Media"
See page 519 of the Admin Guide

Thank you for the quick reply. I tried what you said and switched to "View by Media." However, it is still the same when you expand the backup sets. They are still showing all of the directories whether anything backed up in that directory or not.
I talked to technical support and they stated that it will list all of the directories because it enters each one to see if anything needs to be backed up. There is no way to filter it so that you only see directories that something backed up in.
Can you private message me your case number. I'd like to look over the details of this.
