This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hello,

I have a problem with GRT restoring of individual e-mails.

When I select data for restore an run the job everything seems fine and the result is always the same - Restore is successful. When I check in my mailbox there are no any e-mails restored.
The tape is ok and the device is ok. I also tried to do to duplicate job to disk and to restore from disk but I got the same result - Restore successful but no e-mails in mailbox. I tried to redirect restore to another mailbox but I got the same result again.

Can someone please help me... It's urgent, please.....

Thank you very much,
Marinko Dzale

Hello again...

I didn't manage to solve this problem without third party tool. I used a tool that helped me to ofline open mail store which I earlier restored to another location and I pulled entire mailbox to personal folder.

Marinko

Interesting. I wonder if it's

Interesting. I wonder if it's not an issue with Exchange 2000? Have you considered logging a call with Symantec around this?
Main thing is that you've sorted it out, so you can mark your solution as the solution.
Oh ja, what software did you use?
