Restore from Vault question

Hi All,
EV 8 SP1, Exchange Server 2003 SP2 (Exchange 2007 early next year)
Currently we disable "Restore from Vault" for our users. The reasoning being is that it gives them the ability to Copy or Move and we'd prefer that the email is only in one place. Question; is it possible to only give the users the ability to move email's from their Vault without giving them the ability to copy from vault.

Yes, upgrade to Enterprise Vault 8 SP3, and role out Virtual Vault, this will allow users to move mail around there archive in a seamless way.

This feature sounds brilliant and we are planning an EV upgrade in the near future, just need to do a little more reading on all the other changes. Regarding the Virtual Vault the keep word to me is MOVE. Sounds like this is what I was after plus more.
