Restore from Virtual Machine Backup

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Hi all,
I have an issue when attempting to restore a VM from a 'FlashBackup-Windows' policy.
I can (if I wanted) proceed a complete a single file restore when I select 'From Normal Backup' but when I change the restore to a 'Restore from Virtual Machine Backup' I receive the message "warning server does not contain any backups for client using the specified policy type (FlashBacup-Windows'.
Any ideas?
I'm running NBU 7.1.0.4 on W2K8 R2 64-Bit
I have tried entering the display name of the VM & the FQN also but as I said I can see files for a single file restore.
Thanks in advance.
