Restore/Catalog Issue with 11D

Hello --
We recently installed the trial of 11D and needed to restore files from a 9.x tape. We catalog the tape first, the job monitor says the catalog was successful, when we go to the restore from media list OR resource list the tape info does not appear. This seems to be happening with some tapes but not all tapes.
Any suggestions?

Any event log entries that may apply?
Do you inventory the slot/drive after changing tapes?
If you shut down all backup exec services and rename the \Catalogs dir to \Catalogs.sav, then restart the services, what happens?Message was edited by:

Backup Exec 11d has a new feature on the restore tab that lets you filter the catalogs you see. By default, you see the catalogs from the last 30 days. Uncheck the filter to see all your catalogs.
