Restoring to new hardware. How reliable is SSR 2011?

Hi,

I am trying a number of programs for backing up drives. A big concern I have is if I ever need to restore on new hardware, be that a hard drive, or a completely new computer.

In my search I have read about Restore Anywhere.  How reliable is this process? What should I be aware of before deciding on purchasing SSR 2011 with the possibilty of needing it to restore on different hardware?

Thanks,

Peter

Out of my experience there are no problems with Restore Anywhere - we did P2V, V2P and V2V with Hyper-V, ESXi and IBM xseries servers.
