Restoring VM - Access Denied

Hello guys,

Please could you help me with a Bexec issue that´s driving me crazy?

I have a Bexec 2010 R3, installed in a WIN 2008 R2 Standard enviroment.

All the backup process are working ok.

My problem is about a virtual machine restoration.

When I try to restore a VM the Bexec returns the following error:


The logon account that was provided does not have valid credentials.
Ensure that the user name and password are correct, and then try again.
I don´t know what to do anymore. I'm troubleshooting that for 5 days without success.
The steps that I have done:
I recreated the logon accounts too.
I have another BE server and the restore process is working. So I tried to copy the logon account but the issue persists.
There´s no issue regarding authentication because on "Resource Credentials" I tested the account and the result was sucessfull.
That´s it. I will appreciate some help about that.
