Restroing Exchange items

I've recently set up a new installation of BE 12.5, along with the Exchange agent, and backing up our information stores on our Exchange cluster.  I went to restore some folders for a user today, and the only thing I'm seeing is log files???  I run a full backup once a week of around 80 GB and daily differentials which are all successful, why am I only seeing log files available for restore???

Yeah, I need to go to Backup Exec school or something.  As the lone system administrator for a medium sized business, it is hard to master every area.  Set the jobs up properly now, but this is all 20/20 hindsight now, need to restore some data that's just not there anymore...
