  • 1.  retrieving actual client lists from SAV10

    Hello I am in the process of upgrading from SAV10 to SEP11, I exported the client list from the SAV10 console but it takes about 30 days before an upgraded computer falls off of the list. Is there a way to seperate the actual SAV10 clients from those that are already upgraded but still lingering on the client list?

    yes you can get those sorted out from the SSC

    open 

    ssc

    select tools

    select option

    change the value for clients not connected for more than 30 days..to your value

    You can also delete the clients that show offline, then export your list, so you have only currently connected (or connected within a couple hours) machines.  Valid SAV10 clients will show back up the next time they connect to the console, but the machines that have already been upgraded would not show back up.
