My Server had been slow down due to the Altiris Server is keep pulling the data. How can i optimize???

The CPU Usage and Memory is too high !! 

You can configure how often a client is polled for inventory based on the policy schedules themselves. In additon you can change the targeted agent settings to reflect how often a client sends basic communication to the server.

The service mentioned is part of the Task Service functionality. The default update setting for this service is 5 minutes. You may look at changing this setting to alleviate some of the traffic.

It also may be prudent to setup a site server with task services installed to help handle the load. How many client machines are you currently managing & how many site servers do you have?
