Review or Reopen link inside ticket - rewording

This issue has been solved. See solution.

I was wondering if it is possible to change the wording for the link to review or reopen a ticket.  Currently it shows " Click here to review and close your incident".  I would like to change that to something along the lines of "Click here to review and close your incident or reopen you incident".  I have uploaded a picture of the section I am talking about.  Thanks.

You can edit it in SD.IncidentManagement -> Customer Confirm Resoution model -> Have Customer Confirm Resolution BUT you need to make sure that NO tickets in that state. If you change the name and a ticket is in the resolve state you will break that task and won't be able to work it unless you rename back to the original name.

Thanks!  That is exactly what I was looking for.  Now to find some time where there will be no tickets in the "resolved" stage.  Hmmmmmm!  So the link will be broken even though it is going to the same place just a diffrent link name?

Yep, you need to make sure there are no tickets in that state before changing the link.
