Se identifico el riesgo Win32:VB-AAGW[Trj] con herramienta Avast el cual no es detectado por Symantec Enpoint Proteccion, nos pueden proprcionar a que se debe este virus y si Symantec tiene identificado el riesgo y si se puede eliminar esta amenaza

Symantec detects this as Trojan Horse currently. It will likely get another name when it has been better identified. See here:

Submit these files to the Symantec Security Response and they will get detected.

Using Symantec Support Tool, how do we Collect the Suspicious Files and Submit the same to Symantec Security Response Team.

Cada empresa tiene diferentes convenciones de nomenclatura de virus.
 
Quisiera pedir que por favor no siga las convenciones de nomenclatura de los virus.
 
En segundo lugar, Symantec detecta cada archivo con su valor hash.
 
Quisiera pedirle que presentara los archivos sospechosos a Symantec Security Response el sobre -
 
 
También ofrecemos un sitio de autoservicio para analizar los archivos, en http://www.threatexpert.com, que le puede dar más información acerca de los archivos que se someten a ella.
 
Que hacer cuando se sospecha que un producto de Symantec AntiVirus no detecta los virus
 
 
y la
 
Sigue el artículo de recopilar y presentar todos los archivos sospechosos al Equipo de Respuesta de Seguridad de Symantec.
 
Uso de la herramienta de soporte de Symantec, ¿cómo podemos recopilar los archivos sospechosos y enviar la misma al equipo de Symantec Security Response.
