This is occuring...I am not sure why this is happening, but it has already occured 2 times.

Yesterday there was a pc that had the same problem i had with the network card, that on the device manager it showed a duplicate card with conflicts....and didnt have network access. We had to uninstall the network card and then it was ok.

Did you have the NTP feature installed?. Also let us know the version of SEP in the environment.

The teefer2 driver file associated with the NTP feature at times is known to corrupt the NIC drivers if not uninstalled properly. In such situations we have to reinstall the NIC drivers

The problem is, I am sitting in New Jersey, and we don't have admins in many remote sites. Is there a way to prevent this all together?

Not sure what OS you have but if its XP, then use the old version of Cleanwipe (ver 3 I believe) as it does not corrupt the NIC drivers. Cleanwipe 5 does cause this corruption though as I found out. Luckily, I did have an admin at the remote site to assist. Unfortunately, the new version of Cleanwipe is needed for Vista and Win7 so this will be an issue for me once we start out Win7 rollout

The issue is not with the version of clean wipe.

We had this issue on some computer seven  the ver 3 , 4.0 , 4.1, 4.2 and 5.0

You can download the latest version of the clean wipe from the file share
