Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition

I browsed the older threads on this issue and could not find a resolution. I am running Endpoint Protection version 11.0.3001.2224 on all of our 60+ clients (mostly XP SP3). Out of all the computers on the network, only one of them is having this issue. The issue being that the notification / alert pops up daily:

"Symantec Endpoint Protection detected risks while you were logged out. You may need to open the Antivirus and Antispyware Protection Risk Log to view and take action on the risks."

However, there is nothing in the quarantene,  I ran a full scan and nothing was found. Is there a resolution for this issue?

The only thing I read is that 11.0.5 may have fixed the issue. Does it cost money to upgrade to the latest version under your current license?

If you have a valid serial number, you should be able to download the latest build under your current license.

FYI, RU6 is releasing very soon. Subscribe to the Email bulletin service to stay updated on product releases.

all the upgrade are free if you have a valid serial number
https://fileconnect.symantec.com
put in your serial number
download the cd1
install sepm on top of the existing sepm
use the autoupgrade feature to upgrade clients.

Just for future reference you should post questions about your issues in this forum https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/security/forums/endpoint-protection-antivirus which is for SEP 11 (the product you have). This forum is for SEP 12 Small Business edition which is a completely separate product designed for businesses with a small number of clients. Also as Cycletech said I would wait the extra week or so until RU6 comes out.
