I have a question

Local admin can see all history without any problem, users that aren't local administrators tell me that they can't see history risk (also scan, event viewer, all info in history section) in symantec antivirus client window, it's a configuration error or is a proper behavior?!

Have Symantec corp 10.2.1 server with Symantec System Center for administration

I don't think that should be the case as all the logs are in "all users" profile
