Risk Outbreak Notification - Message details to include location?

    Hi ,

We have a number of global offices centrally managed by SEP from a our data centre, recently we have configured it to send us notifications of Risk Alterts, this is great but inorder to see the risk details we have to open the attached log file. Its long winded when recieveing a number of messages which may not be related to a local office.

An example of a message we receive is as follows, but this is too generic and would be more helpful if it displayed the "Domain Server Group" better still include the names of computers affected without opening the attachment.

We are currently running on ver 11.0 and testing version 12.1

    a) Is this possible?    b)  Whats the best way of achieveing this.

    Many thanks

    Message from:

            Server name: M-PTORNAV01
            Server IP: 192.168.43.XX

Found more than 10 risks. Actual number of risks found was 42 in 30 minutes.

Currently, what you see is what you get. There is no way to achieve this.

You can post an Idea in the Idea section so everyone can vote on it to see if this option can be included in a future release.
