Running a comprehensive Risk report, under Risk Severity as Histogram, there is an "Unknown" field. What does this mean? See screenshot attachment.
Check your Risk logs and set the Risk Severity to Unknown:
SEP could not determine the severity. As long as the action taken was deleted, cleaned, quarantined, etc..you should be fine.
