    We are having old virus issue now, im using sep mr4 upon. I want know who is the source of infection on the network. I enable the risk tracer but i dont know how to extract the correct report from it could anyone help me?

    Hi, Please follow the procedure below for getting the risk tracer report.Risk tracer features is very usable you can make a practive of it.

    To get a Risk tracer report:
     
    1.     Log-on to the SEP Manager
    2.     On the Monitors tab select Logs
    ·         Log type: Risk
    ·         Use a saved filter: Default
    ·         Time Range: Past week
    3.     Click on View Log
    4.     Click Export on the upper left corner to save Risk Report as .txt
    5.     Copy RiskReport.txt on your desktop and rename it as .csv

    I was able to generate the complete risk report. Now im able to see the list of pc that should targeted with
