    Hi,

    I did this some time back but cant gfigure out how now...

    We are on SD7.1 and i'm looking to route the calls based on the location.

    However when users log calls by email, Location isnt included, so the routing doesnt take place.

    If we cant add this under the Automation rules then and suggestions in the Workflow project 'Email Monitor'
