The RPC Service is not available

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Hi! "The RPC Service is not available" appears when I try to start the EV services from inside the Administration Console! We are using EV 2007 SP3 on Windows Server 2003. Anyone have an idea?

vaultsite was missing in DNS, so case closed!
