RS storage space full

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Our recovery server storage space is full and won't take any more snapshots. I have went through and cleaned out any old accounts and marked for deletion, that should run tonight. I have our purge maintenance to run every 2 weeks and get rid of files after they have been gone from the client for two weeks. We have added more clients withing the past couple of months. Besides clamping down more on the exclude files, is there anything else to check? I've changed the file compression from 50% to 30%. Would it just be better to add more storage?

Thanks also for creating the seperate forum for RS.

I ended up adding more

I ended up adding more storage to the recovery server.  Hopefully, this takes care of the problem.

Yes if you've completely

Yes if you've completely filled the storage, then there won't be enough for RS to work with to clean up the old space.  In general it is recommended to limit the storage usage to ~95% of the total physical drive space.  Also, be sure you have plenty of space for the AeXCRTmp folder (usually on C: drive by default).

See https://kb.altiris.com/article.asp?article=29148&p=1 for more information on this along with other suggestions.
