The RSS feed for the report "My Open TIckets" for some reason adds the FQDN in front of what would be the correct link. So I am getting:

 www.fqdn.comhttps://www.fqdn.com/ProcessManager/Portal/Template66_33.aspx?PageID=e31769b7-b6fb-4625-9964-8852d33feb99&ReportSessionID=O4b4aggb-b954-11e1-9866-005156b00078&notabs=1

I am using this in MS Outlook 2007 to keep track of tickets. I would like to offer it to otehrs as an option, however the link "View article..." at the bottom of the feed entry has the above problem. Has anyone come across this and been able to resolve it? I don't have an idea where to begin looking at this issue. There don't seem to be report options to edit this. Also, this is used in an SSL environment, in case that detail is relevent.

This was addressed in our trunk in mid-January of this year. The logic to build the RSS link was flawed, but it has been corrected. If you are on 7.1 Sp2, the good news is that it was put into our SP2 rollup that you can apply to your environment.

We are indeed on ServiceDesk 7.1 SP2, How do we apply the rollup? I have not applied a rollup before. Thanks again for your assistance.

I'd contact Support and ask for the SP2 rollup (or optionally, wait for the release of SP2 MP1). This should address your issue I believe.

Is there a date on the MP1?

Workflow 7.1 SP2 MP1 is locked down right now... I can only assume that it'll be a few months from now.

To my knowledge, no. There's basically just this right now:

7.1 Sp1

7.1 Sp1 rollup

7.1 Sp2

7.1 Sp2 rollup

7.1 Sp2 MP1 (released soon)

...

7.5 to be released soon
