  • 1.  RTAM Connector | [WIN32 ERROR 87] on Endpoint Agent

    Hi folks,

     

    One of my college keeps EDPA service down and there is an error on the log I gathered.

    Details of the error log is like this,

    Error starting agent component: RTAM Connector | [WIN32 ERROR 87]  The parameter is incorrect.  | .\ComponentManager.cpp(534)
    08/20/2013 13:11:16 |  9036 | INFO    | ComponentManager | Agent component has been shut down: Detection Post Processor
     
     
    Does anyone know why this error occur?
    Any help would be very appriciate.

    does manually restating services keep edpa up?

    Nope,

    After getting this error, edpa doesn't work even on manual service up and keeps occure same error log.

    Actually, this system had same issue few days ago so I reinstalled agent but now it is again. :(

    would like to know if you can reinstall dlp agent?

    I can reinstall dlp agent but soon after the issue reproduce again.
