    Hi all,

                I'm using Symantec Endpoint Protection v11 and one of my workstations is having this application error which says
                (See Attached File)

    Rtvscan.exe - Application Error

    The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read'.

    Click on OK to terminate the program
    Click on CANCEL to debug the program


                Any way to solve this error? I have approach Symantec Live Chat service but the analyst said that this error does not concern Symantec.
                I have tried many ways to resolve but the issue still remains.
                Help please!

    What is the product build version and OS that you are seeing this error with?

    You should contact support throught the Web Portal or by phone. The Chat  service is mainly for sales support.

    can you upgrade the SEP to latest version RU6a and let know if it resolves the issue.
