Hi there, can we hope to have a patch file (.msp) to upgrade SEP clients to RU4 MP1b ?

Where can I download this MSP file ?

You need to get it from fileconnect using your serial number.

I never seen a patch Client-Only on fileconnect before.

You need to download the package from fileconnect and import it. No client-only patch was released that I saw.

I can't believe that Symantec will force us to deploy a FULL package, just for getting ride of a security breach in a DLL.

To this point, that has been the case.

how can we import the client package? i am aware of:

but i can't find a .info file anywhere. and when trying to import a .zip it tells me that only mac-package can be imported as .zip.

.also tried to import setup.exe, no success.

The .info file is located in the SEPM folder under Packages. Will be called SAV32.info and SAV64.info

In this case there is no client only patch. Need to upgrade the clients using full package.

I have repeatedly checked the following https://symantec.flexnetoperations.com and Symantec FileConnect several times over the last three weeks and I have not yet seen the following: Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 Release Update 4 Maintenance Patch 1b (RU4 MP1b) is available currently in English on Symantec FileConnect. I have always been able to get the latest versions. Maybe RU4 MP1b has not been posted yet?

Please advise.
