  • 1.  Rule to forward a copy of an email with specific words in the subject line

    Is there a way in BMG 8 to create a rule that will foward a copy of an email message to an email addres if the subject line contains specific words?  Thanks.

    Yes this is possible and quite easy to configure.  Are you using the product and having problems doing this, or are you just wondering if it's possible?

    I need help on how I can do this?  In addition to the above condition, I like to forward a copy of the message when it contains a specific attachment.

    Kindly follow the below steps for configuring a policy.

    Go to Compliance tab-->Email-->Add-->Condition (Inbound) & click ADD-->File metadata (select the attachment need to forward)-->Add condition--> select the action forward a copy of the message (here specify the email address for whom you want to notify).
