Ruleset [OnIncidentReceived] was executed is PUBLIC

Hi all,

I notice that for ServiceDesk 7.1 SP2 and 7.5 that the routing rules (such as OnIncidentReceived) are set as a Component Name of "User Comment" and at View level of "Public".  That means everyone can see any routing rules and as we add more and more routing rule that this process message will get larger and larger for every incident created.

Does anyone know a way to change this and set this messag to Admin?
