Run a Policy on Login

I would like to run a policy on login, I have one setup but I am not sure if it is running. Is there a way to view policies that have successfully run? I am trying to set this up on a Windows XP box and I am running NS7

If it is a policy, then it should be accessible via the NSA console. If its a task, then it unfortunately will not, accept for the Task History page that the NSA has.
