Running pcanywher as a service
Created: 09 Feb 2010
At a company with 5k computers we are debating the pros and cons to having pcanywhere launch with windows (or run as a service through group policy) as opposed to having each end user locate the software to launch for our IT department. Are there any known performance issues both on the local pc and on the LAN side that would come about from having pcanywhere waiting for a connection on this many computers?
