How can I run a report that will give me all computers that is configured with a STATIC IP and DHCP IP address. i'm running NS 6.0.6074 SP3 + R13.

If you just want computers and their IPs you can copy from the "All Computers" collection or write sql using vComputer. If you're looking to see static vs dynamic you might find this useful since it shows static / dynamic in resource manager.
