Hi.

I see correct russian filenames in incident details in Enforce console (f1 pic)

But whet I try to save file to hard disk, I see only unreadable character in save dialog (f2 and f3 pics)

How can I correct this issue?

I have russian language pack installed on Enforce (f4 pic)

If you want to save the file for further investigation, you should click on the file name in the tab "Incident details" ("Сведения об инциденте").

I don't see difference in source of saving file. When I try to save it from "Incident details", I steel see unreadable characters instead of correct filename (f5 and f6 pics)

Which mouse button do you use - right or left?

Right button. f2 pic - context menu with "Save as" dialog.

I have not problems with opening (by clicking left mouse button) or saving incident files, but I want to open or save them with correct filenames. If I see correct filenames in Enforce console (so, there are correct filenames in Oracle DB), why I can't see correct filenames when saving these files?
