How do you report on the satisfaction surveys in the help desk software?
Reports Tab -> Incident Management -> Incidents -> Helpdesk -> Service Level -> Incidents by Overall Satisfaction
It is a graph report, with a drill-down to see that actual incidents within a given satisfaction level
