Hi,
Does anyone know how to get the results from the Satisfaction surveys?
Can this be done in graph format or just figures?

Satisfaction Report
Steve,
Out of the box, there is a somewhat limited capability to report on the satisfaction survey results. The overall score is stored as a standalone field in the workitem record, with the individual scores from each question present in the AuxData and comments. I believe that, out of the box, the only field reported on is the Overall Score.
There is at least one out-of-the box satisfaction report, located under Reports -> Incident Management -> Incidents -> Helpdesk -> Service Level : Incidents by Overall Satisfaction. If I remember correctly, this report can be viewed as both a graph and a table.
