Satisfaction Survey results
Is there any way to record the individual question results in a report? I can get the overall rating from the canned report in the NS but I would like to know if i can create a report that will give me something along the lines of
Ticket # Question 1 Question 2 Question 3 Question 4
1234 3 4 4 5
It averages the scores and
It averages the scores and puts them in the rating field as one value, like you said... it could be possible to do a query of the text that gets put in the comment field of each ticket and parse it out like you showed.

workitem_detail_view
In the workitem_detail_view view of the database, I've only ever seen the individual scores within the workitem_comment field of the row that is the version of the ticket when the satisfaction survey was completed. My SQL abilities are not levelled-up enough to quickly write something that parses out the individual score. However, our satisfaction reports simply rely on the average that lives in the workitem_rating field, not the individual scores.

Article Forthcoming
I'm (slowly) finishing up an article on modifying the satisfaction survey to be more report-friendly. Included in the customization is a report that will break out scores for individual questions by worker. I'll try to remember to post back when it's finished.
Articles Submitted
So the single article I was working on ended up splitting into two - one for customizing the report and the other for reporting on the new data.
The articles were submitted today, and I'll be sure to post a link to them back here when they are published.
Look forward to the article..
Thanks for the heads up...Joe
