 can any one tell me how to remove theart history and log file as i click on theart history it will not respond till many hours,

Hi

 If you are using SAV then go to the below location 

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition\7.5\Logs

and delete the logs.this will clear the logs.
