  • 1.  SAV 10 - Redirect Secondary servers to New Primary Server

    Currently have 1 primary server (New Primary) and then 10 Secondary servers of which 6 secondary servers are pointing to the old Primary server which has been removed and de-commissioned. The other 4 secondary servers all update from the new primary but the other 6 do not. I am trying to find out how to change these 6 servers to point to the new primary.

    Currently running: SAV 10.0.1.1000

     

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Copy the GRC.DAT file over from the new Primary to the secondaries that need updating and then also copy over the PKI certificate from the new Primary to the secondaries that need udpating.

     

    Restart Symantec services and they should update.
