SAV 10.1.5 - Any way to "seize" the Primary Server?
Updated: 21 May 2010 | 2 comments
This issue has been solved. See solution.
I've taken over support for a company's network. They are running SAV 10.1.5.
The SSC opens OK on their current server, and it looks like the clients were moved to the current server (same group), but their previous now-decomissioned server was the Primary and this was never changed.
Is there a way to seize the Primary (ex, make the current server the Primary without the previous Primary being online)? It seems be preventing things like changing the management password.
Thanks.
